As a coach, I support my clients by empowering them to change in the direction THEY want to go.

This can look like accomplishing a long-term goal; crushing a life transition; or building a more sustainable/fun/fulfilling creative practice. (You name it!)

Creative coaching is specifically designed for people who are creative at heart, whether that is expressed in the work you do or the way you live. No two coaching engagements are alike because what brings coaching to life are your unique goals, talents, and your drive to make the change you desire.

• By building confidence and awareness in our sessions, my clients empower themselves to create meaningful, incredible change.
• I harness my clients’ natural creativity when I co-create the coaching relationship with them (that’s coach speak for building your toolbox together!).
• Many of my clients enjoy using visualization techniques and creative exercises in addition to “traditional” conversational coaching methods.

What happens when you hire me?

Once we have had our discovery call together, if it seems like a good fit, you will have the option to book with me. All of my clients start with a minimum of 6 sessions over 3 months, to allow time for growth and development over the coaching engagement.

Our first coaching session will be spent getting to know you and your goals more deeply. I like to take a holistic approach in this first session; even the most laser-focused client has other things going on in their life that impact the work they will do in coaching!

From the second session onward, we dive right in. Coaching is a client-led process, which means YOU set the agenda. My role is to provide perspective, create focus, motivate, and build accountability through empowering you, the client.

Expect confidentiality and consent built in every step of the way.

How do I get started?

• Sign up for a free discovery call! That’s one hour, with me, by Zoom or phone to answer all your questions, talk about what you want from the coaching relationship, and see if we’re a good fit for each other.
• If we hit it off, I’ll send you a link to sign on as a new client. You’ll choose the time and date of your first session and we’ll go from there!

I need a payment plan. What do I do?

I totally understand. We can discuss your options on the discovery call, or you can reach out to the email address at the bottom of the page.

What should I expect from the discovery call?

Come ready to talk about what you want from coaching & what you understand about the process! I’ll come prepared to answer any questions you have about how I work, what I do or don’t do, and to go over my coaching agreement so you can make the most informed possible decision about coaching.

What if we aren’t a good match?

As a member of the International Coaching Federation, it is against my code of ethics to book clients that aren’t 100% certain that they want to work with me, or aren’t sure they can reasonably afford my services. Don’t worry about hurting my feelings by saying “no” to coaching; I would much rather you got the support you needed in the way that you need it!

Can I see your coaching agreement ahead of time?

Sure thing.
